This Victorian revival piece by Miss O for Oscar de la Renta features a haunting, black floral paisley pattern. It was made for Saks Fifth Avenue and labeled as a Size 10 (but please check your measurements for an accurate fit).

This dress measures 44" long from shoulder to lower hem. The bust measures 19" from seam to seam. The waist is 17.5" and the hips are free. It has a hidden button closure along the front. Made of 50% rayon and 50% cotton, this dress has thick, black velvet lace around the neckline, front bodice and wrist cuffs. It ties with a decorative, gothic black bow at the front of the neck (which has a hidden snap). The bow is decorative and pre-tied. The long, gathered sleeves measure 24.5" with an 8.5" arm opening. The maker's labels are intact (we will photograph the label this evening).

Circa 1970s or '80s, this vintage garment is in very good to excellent condition with minimal wear. It is without stains, rips, holes or other noted damage. It has not been cleaned and wrinkles are present from storage.

Beautiful in black with a striking print, this is a wonderful designer dress for wear or simply for vintage collection.
