Circa 1970s Alfred Angelo ~ ILGWU '50s Style Bridal White Lace Gown ; Excellent Condition.
Made of wedding white fabric with an off-the-shoulder design, this is a gorgeous dress for wear or collection.
It has multiple layers of scalloped, white lace with satin bows and trim, along its lower hem. The fluttery, ruffled trim bodice has a tailored fit...so lovely. There is an attached crinoline beneath the skirt giving this dress a beautiful, 1950s style flair.
Best for a small size, this dress measures 58" long. The tailored bodice measures 17" across the bust with a 12" waist. The hips are free. It has a rear zipper closure and an attached, large rear bow that snaps into place.
(It was photographed with a partially closed zipper since our mannequin has an arched back, but the zipper works perfectly.)
Circa 1970/80s, this dress is labeled "Flirtations ~ Alfred Angelo" on its label and the ILGWU label is still attached. Nice and minty. It is without a size label, so please check your measurements for an accurate fit. The fabric is made of 100% polyester and the lining is 100% acetate.
This dress is in excellent condition and without noted damage. It has not been cleaned and we will leave that decision to the buyer.
A lovely gown for a wedding or any other special event.
