Here is a beautiful decanter liquor set produced by Moser in the late 1800's. The glass is cranberry, heavily decorated with a overall foliate leaf design in gold and platinum. This set consists of a cruet decanter, four small glasses or liquors, and a round tray. There is a nearly identical set in green shown in Gary Baldwin's Moser Artistic Glass Edition Two in plate 73, page 104. The cruet stands 8 1/2" tall, or 6" not including the stopper. Please note that this stopper is not original to the piece. The tray measures 8 3/8" across. The liquors stand 2 3/8" across and measure 1 1/4" across. All pieces (cruet, tray and four liquors) are all signed Moser on the bottom. There is a small white sticker on each piece showing the location of the tiny signatures. Other than minor wear to the gold rim on the tray, this set is in good condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. This is part of a Moser art glass collection I recently acquired.
