An exceptionally stylish circa 1980's three strand necklace, this has seamed hammered metal beads (possibly hand made) that graduate from large beads on the outer strand to smaller beads on the inner strand, these form a bib to the front, while the back is constructed of two long curved beads. The necklace measures 20" to the inner strand (the worn length), with each of the other strands lengthening just enough to hang inside each other, the beads are finished in a nickle type silver finish plated over brass, you can identify the underlying metal from a small area of wear to the back of one of the triangular beads, see detailed photo. The necklace fastens with a barrel screw clasp, it is in good order other than the small area of wear already mentioned, this may have been from in the making, and does not show when the necklace is worn. This is not for the faint of heart, but if you like bold jewelry this is a wonderful statement piece with a sophisticated designer look, it will take any outfit to the next level.
