Early 20th century shotgun shot & powder measure, acquired from a local collectors estate. Adjustable to the fractional part of a grain of black powder or nitro powder, from 2 1/2 to 5 grams dry powder and 1 to 2 1/4 ounces shot. There is no manufacturer name but it may have been manufactured by UH Co. of Burrington who were specialists in this area. The condition is excellent, wooden handle is tight, adjustable sleeve moves freely, see photos for more detail. Length is about 5 1/2" while the height of the measuring cup is about 1 3/4" to 2 1/2".
