Napoli in Bocca by Antonella Santolini and published by Edikronos in 1976. A lovely and very rare classic cook book, the series showcases Italian home cooking at its best, with typical regional recipes, this book is based on the cooking in Naples.
A very hard to find original edition from the famous "in Bocca" series, the book not only has the recipes of the region but also anecdotes, words of wisdom, and poems, written in regional dialect, Italian, and English on a special hand made paper called cartapagia. The book is filled with beautiful original artwork and reproductions of antique prints.
The book is in good condition the corners and edges are lightly worn, and there is a water stain on corner, binding is tight, the book appears to never have been used.
