Beautiful circa 1880's pitcher by Furnival (fully signed to the base), with lovely hand painted flowing wild flowers across the body of the vase, and even down into the inside (see photos). The pitcher measures approx 7" tall and is in good estate order, there is one very tiny repaired chip to the under edge of the spout, this is on the reverse side under edge, it is very neatly done, and virtually invisible when displayed - see photos, also very slight wear to the gilding. One of the most prestigious of Victorian makers, this is a particularly nice example, I took some photos in very bright light as I was having difficulty capturing just how delicate and pretty the decoration is. Lovely pitcher in a useful mid size, it would be fabulous filled with flowers on a dresser, or displayed in a cabinet.
