A Vintage Skrip Glass Ink Bottle with a built-in secondary reservoir inkwell - no lid. The Skrip Ink Bottle was produced by Sheaffer's in the USA in the 1950's. To fill the well you would tip the bottle so ink would flow into the pocket to facilitate filling the pen. The bottom of the bottle is marked with "PAT. D 1759866" and a circle with the number 4 in it. The bottle stands 2 1/2" tall and 1 3/4" diameter, it is in excellent condition with no chips, or cracks, just a little light rubbing. See photos for more detail, I have two of these (from the same estate) available.
