If you have questions prior to purchasing an item, I will be happy to answer your questions as best I can. Once you have committed to purchasing an item, and the payment is made, I will package your item carefully and proceed to ship it as quickly as possible. Of course Holidays and sometimes other things may delay shipping slightly. I always insure your items, as I want you, as well as I, to feel confident that the item will arrive safely, and in case of some mishap, it will be covered. Damage in shipping is always a disappointing thing for all, but unfortunately does happen from time to time. In case that should happen, the shipper is who you would deal with and you should save all packaging. If you should happen to want to purchase more than one item, please contact me prior to making the payment, as I may be able to combine the items to save on the shipping costs. That way I can adjust the invoice before payment is made. I don't mind saving you money. Thank you.
