A superb example of an early 1950s Selro Blackamoor princess bracelet. The faces have perfectly complete painted detail intact, with striking golden hair detail. Each face has a faux pearl at the chin and hoop earrings in their ears and elaborate silver-tone head-dresses. The links with the marquise-shaped black cabochons have 4 small white pearls on each side of the large stone.
The bracelet is in excellent condition, with minimal paint loss and good finish on the larger faux pearls, the smaller ones show gentle wear. The silver-tone metal is pristine and the fold-over box clasp is secure.
Dimensions are: The bracelet is 7 inches long; each link is 1-3/4 inches high and 1 inch wide. Weight is 76.4 grams.
It is so rare to find Selro pieces in such gorgeous condition. This is a really special find for your collection.
