Extra Large Sterling Silver Sash Pin in the shape of a belt buckle by William Kerr.
Measures 3-3/4" wide by 2-1/2" tall.

Signed with the Kerr insignia, a fasces, a medieval axes with rods bound with straps; Sterling, 2946 E, the design number. The fasces was used by William B. Kerr & Co., of Newark, NJ, between 1855 and 1892.
