This rare French continental pottery clock is beautifully designed in a quaint fireplace motif. The clock is hand painted with blue & white accents & displays a bold Fleur de Lis atop its housing. The fireplace is beautifully detailed with a pottery kettle pendulum. A family coat of arms decorates behind the pendulum. The clock is of Flanders or Netherlands descent & dates from the late 19th century. The face is white enamel with Roman numerals. There is a key wind movement & French bell. The clock runs but definitely needs a cleaning &/or service.
