1800's Victorian Silver Perpetual Calendar Pocket Watch Holder Stand Frame Plaque
Here we have a wonderful late 1800's Pocket Watch Holder and perpetual calendar. It is beautiful with engraved ornate decoration and has a space to hold your watch and cards. There are 6 separate month cards (two months on either side) and 6 date cards (one 31 or 30 day on each side). The holder is made of fine silver plate and is signed & dated on the celluloid cards 1893. (Which is the same year as the 1893 Colombian Exposition WORLD's FAIR!). I have shown one of my own pocket watches in it so you can see how yours will look. SIZE : It is 5 ½" tall 5 1/2" wide, the opening where the watch is 1 ½" wide CONDITION : In great condition, just some minor age wear as shown and missing a pin at the top on the back where your pocket watch rests. It still holds it nicely in place.
