I have obtained most of my Indian silver pieces from an expert on antique Indian silver who travels in India and Tibet and has written books on the silver pieces he finds. His museum quality pieces are sought after both by museums in Europe as well as the United States. Many of the silver pieces, like this piece, are parts of older jewelry or ceremonial pieces. These pieces were hand made and are of designs that had significance to the silversmith.
This wonderful collect’s item is in great condition.
