This is a wonderful vintage liquor flask from the 1820s or 30s. It has an Art Deco stripe on both the front and the back and a monogram engraved on the front. The monogram is either HYO or MYO. The bottom is hallmarked. It is marked sterling with and R in a circle, a B with a sword going through it in a circle and Co. in a circle. It has the number 9479 and Cap. 3/4 Pint. There are also etches on the bottom. The cap twists and has a notch to keep it secure. There is a cork inside of the cap.
The flask is solid sterling and weighs approx. 267 grams or 9.4 oz. It is approx. 6.5 inches tall and 4 inches wide. It is not in perfect shape, but is in good condition considering the age of it. It has some surface scratching and a few dents. The cap is dented and there is a dent on the front left side. These are the worst dents. There may be a few more, but they aren't bad. Also, there is some surface scratching. The flask would shine up better if you prefer a more polished look.
