This is a wonderful, old Japanese tobacco pouch. It would also make a beautiful wallet or clutch purse. It is embroidered with a dragon and also has a silver plate dragon on the front. It originally would have had a netsuke hanging from the chain, but it is now gone. I would estimate this to be from the 1920s or 1930s.

The pouch is in beautiful condition for its age, but is not perfect. Please see photos for condition. Also, I am not sure that the clasp is complete, as it doesn't really latch.
