Antique Christmas German Heubach Googly eye candy container sitting on a snowball. 7 x 3 1/4", has molded hair, bisque hands. The small ball he's holding was probably replaced at some point. The cotton on his arms & hat is worn. The ball he sits on is a little misshapen, it won't sit flat, so I've had him on a mica platform.
