Effanbee 20" Patsy Ann

Patsy Ann is one of the largest of the "Patsy" family. At 20 inches she is a substantial doll. This example is in good shape with original clothing. Her markings are clear and there is no lifting of the composition and only a little paint loss on the top of her head. She is wearing her bracelet and has on one of the most charming of the original outfits. She is a wonderful addition to any collection of composition dolls of the 1930's. Nearly one hundred years old, she is soon to be an antique!
