14" Cloth German Boy and Girl in Traditional Costumes

I have always loved this charming pair of handmade dolls in traditional German costumes Everything about them is carefully and skillfully made. The boys lederhosen and cap are made of wool with hand embroidered flowers. The shoes are felt with decorative stitching. There is also embroidery on both of the dolls socks. the girl is wearing a blue cotton dress with a flower pattern and a red checkered apron with a pocket and red ribbons in her hair. She has felt hand made shoes with decorative stitching on them as does the boy. Their faces are also embroidered.
These will be a delightful addition to a doll collection or a gift for a child.
