We recently acquired a large, vintage doll collection and will be offering pieces from that collection over the coming months, exclusively in our Ruby Lane shop. This particular listing is for a 1940's mint in the original box, Nancy Ann Storybook Doll. Little Bo Peep Has Lost Her Sheep (stock number 153) is all bisque with jointed arms. She has never been played with and has wonderful facial paint with bright red lips, big black eyes and delicately painted lashes and rosy cheeks. Her blond hair is in the original set and she wears a floral print yellow taffeta gown with a short sheer lavender nylon top panel with a lavender ribbon bow at the front. She wears a black felt hat with lavender ribbon ties and a large silk flower accents. Underneath is a white cotton attached full length slip and white pantaloons and her black painted on shoes. She retains her original gold paper wrist tag and the head liner. The box is in good to fair condition. Silver sticker with name and stock number is intact. There is wear to the box top especially the corners. But the doll is pristine and the set comes to you from a SMOKE FREE home!
