This rare find is a hand painted nappy/lemon dish with three chambers accented by an unusual handle that divides to form an accent to the dish. It is a wonderful muted brown tone and has beautifully painted roses on each of the separate sections of the plate. There is a slight wear on the tips of the handle, where the gold paint has worn a bit. Other than this small imperfection, the item is in wonderful condition, with no chips or cracks. There is a mark on the bottom, but I do not recognize it and it does not have any other indications of its origin. The mark is blue and very faint.
