Impressive Edwardian filigree necklace with 18 prong set light blue un-foiled glass crystals. c. 1910-1925 (my educated guess based on materials and construction)
Would be an interesting piece for a bride or wedding wear as it is something old and something blue. It is certainly an unique necklace that is sure to draw admiring notice when worn for any occasion.
The filigree links are delicate and intricate; a finely designed necklace that harkens back to a different era. I think the metal is chromium as many of the pieces from that era used that metal; possibly rhodium plated.
Size: The necklace is 16 inches around with an additional 3” dangle center motif. by 3/4 inches at its widest point. Please see photo of push in type clasp.
Condition is excellent, no damage, no repairs.
