Fun antiqued gilt-tone vintage screw back dangle earrings with a heraldic design motif borrowed from the heraldic badge of the Prince of Wales and also sometimes used to symbolize Wales.
The Prince of Wales's feathers is the heraldic badge of the Prince of Wales. It consists of three white ostrich feathers emerging from a gold coronet.
These vintage earrings have small rhinestone accents of purple and aqua and small faux turquoise cabochons. The screw back tops are a round filigree piece. Unmarked.
Very unique; I doubt you will ever see anyone else wearing a pair like these.
They look so Hollywood to me – I can picture a movie queen wearing them in a 1940s or 1950s costume drama.
