I strive to accurately describe all items, and only put up for sale those pieces that are in very fine vintage condition.

Your purchase will be carefully wrapped in a new, clean cardboard jewelry box wrapped in bubble wrap and included in a bubble mailer or priority box. A gift card can be included.

Lay-Away items adhere to the Customer Satisfaction Policy. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee of 10-15% applies. This is only on the purchase price of the item, and does not include shipping, insurance or sales tax fees.

Sales tax for all states that collect such taxes is invoiced by Ruby Lane, paid by the buyer and remitted by Ruby Lane to the specific state. (See below). If you hold a valid resale permit, you must be registered with Ruby Lane to avoid paying sales tax.

Payment must be made within 4 days of purchase or the item will be returned to the store.

I endeavor to accurately describe the condition of all my jewelry. I strive to only offer pieces whose condition is Excellent or Very Good. If there is any noticeable flaw, it will be duly noted.

All this jewelry is vintage and therefore has some wear; it does not look like newly made jewelry.

Excellent Condition denotes some slight wear consistent with jewelry that has been worn by its previous owner, but this wear should not be not visible to the naked eye but rather visible under a loupe

Very Good Condition shows minor wear - perhaps plating wear or minor scratches, but the wear does not detract from the overall look and wearability of the piece.

Free Domestic First Class Shipping with Tracking via USPS. For items $450 or more Signature Confirmation is Required, paid by the customer. For an increased fee, Priority ($6.00), Registered (17.95+) or Express Shipping ($19.95-$59.95) is domestically available. One of these services is strongly suggested for items whose value is more than $600. Insurance is required as noted in the listing. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We welcome International customers, but only ship to insurable destinations worldwide. Unless fees are already stated in the listing, please contact me for shipping information with your address before purchasing or please purchase the item, but do not pay until I can give you an exact quote on the shipping. Shipping of items over $400 is via Priority Mail Express International or First Class Registered Canada. Global Express Guaranteed is suggested for items over $750. Shipping method depends on the cost of the item and the destination country. Prices range from $45-$115 subject to price changes from the United States Postal Service. I can give an exact shipping cost once I know the shipping address and advise on the most secure shipping method. For less expensive items I can ship First Class International which is $17-$22 on average. First Class International Mail cannot be tracked, therefore the shipping is at your own risk, and I cannot help you try and locate lost or delayed items. First Class Registered shipping is available to some countries like Canada and Great Britain for an additional $17.95. I do keep paperwork to show that I have shipped the merchandise to you, and the merchandise is insured. Customers outside the United States will be responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes charged by their government on the full declared value when their package is delivered. Also please be aware that your country's customs department can delay the delivery of your package up to 30-45 days, and that you may have to check on your package delivery. I am sorry but I have no control of delivery time once the package leaves the United States, nor the procedures of each country's customs department.
