Striking fine quality Art Deco square cut alternating black and clear glass which are prong set in sterling. Marked "STERLING" on spring clasp. The alternating black and sparkling clear crystal, set in Sterling, make for a very compelling look. C. 1910-1920s
The style of these necklaces was to encircle the neck falling around the collar bone. It is not a choker style, neither is it a long draping necklace.
Size: 17 inches long by ¼ Inch wide
Condition: Very good, no damage, all original. Since the settings are sterling, they can be polished more brightly, but I much prefer the warm aged patina of vintage sterling.
