A mid century large divided serving dish, part of the iconic dinnerware made by Red Wing Pottery in their Bob White pattern 1956-67. The dish is roughly boomerang shaped with two deep wells, the larger has a sitting mother quail and the smaller has the bob white chick. This pattern has naively painted birds in turquoise and brown on a speckled creme background. The bottom is not marked but other pieces of the set are marked RED WING U.S.A. The dish is 14 1/4" long x 8 1/2" at its widest x 1 3/4" high. Condition is excellent.
