A classic design from 1950s-1970s Mexico, this sterling bib necklace is festooned with round dangling silver orbs. The necklace is hand wrought from long curved tubular silver links, connected by small round links, which loop down to form semi circular shapes into which six 8mm balls hang and display tremulous movement. The necklace has a sturdy tongue in box clasp. The box is stamped 925 PM MEXICO.
The necklace has a wearable length of 14.5". The drop at the center is 2". Weight is 21.5 grams. Both the weight and the size of the silver balls are greater than on some of the later iterations of this design.
