An antique hand wrought hammered copper aebleskiver pan used for poaching eggs, escargot or aebleskivers (Danish pancake balls). The inside is lined with tin. Two large brass loop handles are riveted to the sides. This pan has seven wells. The copper has a mellow patina and the pan has plenty of character for display (or use) in a primitives kitchen. The pan is 11" diameter, 14 1/2" across the handles, and 3" deep. Weight is 2 lb 7 oz.
