Presented for sale is a beautiful 1870 – 1890 bronze mantle clock made by the firm of Samuel Marti et Cie, Paris, France. The neoclassical case features floral-draped garlands and wheat laid with an urn and flowers. The case is enhanced with pink ground hand painted Sevres-style plaques, as is the clock face.
The clock is not presently running but all the parts are present except for the original key. We do have a universal clock key that fits and can accompany the clock. The gilded finish shows some wear.
Size: 11 ½” Height by 9 ½” Length by 5 ½” Depth.
