Offered for sale is a very nice circa 1856 Victorian Sheffield silverplate entree serving dish and cover raised on scrolled feet in trefoil form. The handle is removable.
The top is embellished with embossed laurel leaf wreaths and fitted with a removable branch finial.
The dish is in excellent condition, the handle screws on and off. There are just a few signs of age but the piece is wonderful for use and display.
