Presented for sale is a pair of 19th century bisque busts attributed to the Royal Rudolstadt factory of Germany. The bust depicts two females with elaborate headdress. One is wearing a full size peacock which symbolizes immortality. The other is wearing a wolves head symbolizing strength. Both bust are beautifully handpainted with fine detail to the features.
The busts are in excellent condition with a small chip to the front base at the bottom of one bust.
