Presenting for sale is a vivid hand painted Capodimonte porcelain box with classical figures in bas relief. The box was produced in Germany in the Royal Naples style and features a ormolu enclosure and hinged dome lid. The box is rectangular with canted corners and is quite large.
We adore the style of Capodimonte and especially love the porcelain adaptations of the earlier Royal Naples style. The box is in excellent condition with exceptional coloring.
