Presented for sale is a late 19th to early 20th century French Biscuit Sevres bust of the ill-fated French queen, Marie Antoinette. It is bolted to a gilt- enhanced cobalt socle with a name panel.
Sevres has produced bust of famous people since the 18th century. It is beautifully detailed and in excellent condition with a small restored chip to the top edge of the socle to the back of the name panel.
