A handsome late 19th century French hall lantern, the angled cut panels fitted with a bronze crown mounted at the top with face-masks and palmettos. The inside has been refitted with three lights, the base finished with a canopy mounted with ram’s head masks.
The lantern is in excellent condition, having been recently rewired and brought up to standard USA safety codes. It is an elegant piece, ready to hang, and use.
