Late 19th century hand carved Italian Rococo gilded center table supporting a rustico-grigio marble top. The table features an asymmetrical carved frame with pierced Rocaille and floral carved frieze supported on sinuous acanthus-scrolled legs. They are joined with an X-crossed scrolled stretcher centered with a carved capital.
The table is perfect for any room, beautiful from all angles; its serpentine shape and graceful tall height make it especially stunning for the center of a room or vestibule. It is in very sound structural condition with a nicely aged patina to the gilded finish and minor carved restoration present to the Rocaille frame.
Size: 35" Height x 40" Length x 26" Depth.
