Excellent 1800 bow front Hepplewhite chest of drawers with stained mahogany wood, raised on French flared feet, fitted with older but probably replaced brasses. The valance skirt of exaggerated form features an exuberant banding of inlaid satinwood.

The chest is in excellent condition with the exception that the backs of the inside locks are missing from the two bottom drawers.
