Offered for sale is an English Regency large oval tole tray supported and inset on a black lacquered faux bamboo stand. The tray is hand painted with a gilt border that frames the painting of a hunting dog with a Fusil-de-Chasse (hunting rifle) in the foreground. This is a very handsome piece, so British in nature and perfect for the hunter or sportsman’s study.

The tray is in very good condition with slight wear from use specifically to the upper hindquarters and minor wear to the gilt border. The stand has slight use wear.
