Lovely well carved Flora Goddess on this large shell cameo.As you can see she has a beautiful diamond in her flowing hair.Flora is the Roman Goddess of Flowers and Springtime.The carving is exquisite.She has a hoop earring on as well.This cameo is just shy of 2" long by 1.5" wide.Beautifully carved and domed.It is set in a 14K white gold Art Deco filigree frame.It is hallmarked 14k on the clasp.It is complete with the stick pin clutch for extra securing.Completely tight in her frame.There are stress lines from setting the cameo on the upper right when looking in the with a jewelers loupe on the back.It is not loose or broken.I only mention this to be thorough in the description.This is a stunning cameo.Priced well.It weighs 13g or 8.35 dwt.
