Arts and Crafts period art pottery chamber stick by Fulper Pottery of New Jersey. This candlestick is hand potted in stoneware, glazed with a matte green. This particular matte green is so emblematic of the arts and crafts period in America. Look at the close-up, it's actually quite a complex glaze, with flecks of gunmetal, and the slightest hint of blue. The angular shape is pure arts and crafts. Condition is excellent for a 110 year old piece. No chips, no scratches, no lines. no repairs. Perfect. Signed on the base with Fulper ink stamp on the unglazed stoneware. Size is 5.25 inches diameter, 2.6 inches height. If you collect American Arts and Crafts or Mission era , this is a nice addition to your decor.
