This is a lovely art glass/bohemian vase by Moser, circa 1920. There are three applied fish (koi?) which are decorated with multiple-fired enamel dots. The aquatic plants have been multiple-fired with heavy enamel as well. There is gold gilt circling the top rim which is worn in a couple spots but in my opinion it only serves to enhance it's vintage appearance. I noticed several tiny interior bubbles as well. The enamel is in good condition (see photos) and the bottom has a polished pontil. On the pontil is the gold stenciling mark of " 24. ". There are no chips, cracks, or repairs noted.
This little beauty measures 4 and 1/2 inches in height and approx. 10
inches around at the widest part of the vase. It is a lovely example of this technique with applied fish and aquatic sea plants....Additional
photos are available.
