This is a wonderful vintage set of doll house furniture made of gold ormolu metal and Fragonard courting couples printed on Limoges porcelain. It consists of two chairs, a three seat sofa and a table and doesn’t necessarily have to be used in a dollhouse - they would make pretty display miniatures. The chairs measure 2 5/8” in height, the table measures 2” in height with a top diameter of 2” and the sofa measures 3 3/8” wide, 1 3/4” deep and 2 1/8” high at the back. The table is marked with “Guimot-Labesse Porcelaines Made in France Limoges” gold backstamp with their shield. I believe that the chairs are also made by Guimot Labesse, but the sofa may be a different maker as it is marked differently. The set probably dates to the 1950s, maybe 60s. All pieces are in very good condition - the table is a little askew, but this would be fixed by adjusting the legs, should you desire to do so. Nice set of miniature Limoges porcelain furniture - the sofa is not an often seen model!
