This is a vintage bisque head doll made in the likeness of a Native American Indian. I believe that she was made in Germany by Armand Marseilles as the marking of 8/0 is typical of that maker. This doll has an open mouth with two front teeth showing, brown glass eyes, long painted eyelashes and a black hair wig. Her complexion is brown. She has a composition body and is dressed in Native American clothing. She is in very good condition with a bit of damage to her headband (see close-up photo) and balding at the top of her head - her hair in general needs a bit of TLC and still is some slight soiling to her dress. Otherwise, in very good shape. She measures 9” in height from head to toe. This is a very nice doll - dolls of ethnicity from that time are less common, so this is a wonderful addition to a collection!
