This is a super quality vintage ladies coat made in Great Britain by Jaeger. The coat is cut in a comfortable style, collarless with padded shoulders, sleeves with turned cuffs, a three hook and loop closure on the bodice and a matching sash belt that cinches the waist. I've posted the coat both cinched and uncinched (in one photo). The body of the coat is wide cut for a comfortable fit. It has a a large patch pocket affixed to either side. The quality of the cashmere is exceptional - very soft and obviously way nicer than what is normally produced these days. The coat is fully lined in rayon acetate that is woven throughout with “Jaeger 100” - I think that the 100 may refer to the Jaeger centenary of its founding that was marked in 1984.
