Exquisitely executed and detailed, finished in bisque porcelain with glazed accenting, this Wallendorf figurine is in mint condition, free from chipping, cracking or repairs.
Marked at the base with Wallendorf's crown "W 1764" mark, impressed shape #1347 and "KS".

Porcelain production began in the municipality of Wallendorf, Thuringia in 1763 and operated under numerous restructurings, including its 1953 nationalization under the East German government, until 2008.
