When Kenneth Haley, who, with his father Reuben had created Consolidated's Martele' line of art glass in 1926, left Consolidated for the Phoenix Glass Company in 1928, he took with him 45 of the Consolidated Martele' molds, which were to become Phoenix's "Reuben Line", and the basis for their "Sculptured Artware" line of art glass. This expanded line of glass was in production by 1934, and featured new pieces and finishes.
This elegant art deco Phoenix Sculptured Artware vase features a ball-shaped form adorned with a scrolling floral motif divided by vertical triple bands, finished in beautiful blue highlighting over pearlized milk glass.

Unmarked, but guaranteed to be original, vintage Phoenix Sculptured Artware.
