Original mid-19th c. Meissen miniature figural group of birds. Pigeons? They are tiny. They are kissing - beak to beak - and stand on a green grassy base. The old number of this model is U 86 and it was made around 1840. The modeler is unknown. There is a faint Meissen crossed swords hallmark underneath the piece. It is in mint condition and measures a mere 4/5" wide and 7/10" tall. Guaranteed original.
