This little chair is 1.25'' wide, 3 at the tallest and 2.75'' deep. The finish has worn gold toned paint on metal. The metal is somewhat flexible but is much harder than soft metal. Underneath the seat is 'FRANCE'. This penny toy was made in the early 1900's.
