Here is a gilt study of nude sitting woman. What is notable is that the poser is very natural and at ease. The symmetry and her contours are so good the work looks great from any angle of view. Everything is smooth except her hair.
The sculpture from the first half of the 20c measures 12” by 8” by 3 ½” which includes the wooden plinth. There is an artist inscribed signature on the bottom of her right thigh, but it is indistinguishable.
