This cheerful and colorful still life plays with colors which play off each other. The vase and the green leaves provide structure for the interplay of pinks, mauves and yellows. They look as if freshly picked and were just placed in the vase. The small figure at the base perhaps a sitting Buddha provides an interesting counterpoint.
