This silver plate pot was made in Great Britain and most likely was designed to hold the famous orange marmalade so often consumed with toast and tea. Of course it can hold jam and jelly with equal ease. It come together with a mother of pearl handled spoon and a small silver plate tray. The spoon is also British, the tray has a Canadian hallmark. All are in very good condition and ready for use. Pair this up with some fresh biscuits or toast and you have an elegant breakfast ensemble fit for a queen!
Measurements are: tray 9 ¼” by 6 ¼”, jar 3” diameter and 4 ½” tall, spoon is 5 ¼” long and 1 ¼” wide.
